Ron Ryder, CPA

Founder of Ryder & Company, Ron has more than 35 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant. He believes that all clients, no matter the size, deserve a partner they can trust to guide them through their financial complexities to success.

Ron says, “Your financial statement is your business’s way of speaking to you. It could be trying to say you don’t have enough working capital to sustain growth. Or you may be more profitable than you think you are. It’s a lot of information to analyze and draw insight from. So think of me as your translator—to take that data and help you move your business forward.”

Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ursinus College, Collegeville, PA, Ron is also a member of:

Irene Erkens

Irene, who loves nothing more than helping her clients solve challenging problems and watching them grow successful, is the Bookkeeper/Payroll Tax/QuickBooks Specialist at Ryder & Company. Prior to joining Ryder, Irene built a successful business and worked as the office administrator at a local automobile dealership. Irene graduated summa cum laude from Alvernia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.

Patty MacDowell

Originally hailing from Western New York, Patty is our Director of Client Services.  Patty works with her clients to share a goal of supporting financial health through accurate and well-organized information.  Patty’s job duties include implementation of payroll processing services, bookkeeping, and preparation of Pennsylvania sales tax filings.  She earned her degree in Accounting/Business Administration.  Patty’s previous work history includes experience in banking, insurance and finance.
